COLD ROLLED COIL SHEARING LINE:

The cold rolled coil shearing line is capable of processing CRCA, GP and stainless steel coils into sheets as per customer requirement.

The automated and programmable line produces sheets and blanks in the following range:

The line has been supplied by M/s. Voest Alpine, a leader in the design and manufacture of steel process lines to the world steel industry.  This equipment has an installed capacity to process 60000 tonnes per annum of CR Coils. It has been incorporated with sophisticated and precision equipment like:

• Hydraulically operated coil car with coil lifter.
• Hydraulically operated and controlled decoiler.
• Electronic roll feed for precision setting of sheet length.
• Hydraulic cut to length and slitting shears.
• Precision 17 roll leveler with back up roll banks with roll adjustment for accurate setting.
• Strip feeder and three stacking stations with belt conveyors to protect sheets and blanks from getting marked.
• Necessary pinch rolls, loop pit, roller tables, etc. between various equipment.
• Electronic controls.

The line is run on programmed mode ensuring accuracy, precision, uniformity and repeatability of the product size and quality.

We have spare capacity to processing upto 1500 mts of CR Products in this machine and can help in launching your products in the market with table top flatness and 0.5mm accuracy in length and 1.00 mm in diagonal. We take pride in stating that we participated as catalysts in the product launch of TISCO products in year 2000 by processing their products exclusively.

We can provide covered storage space for storing upto 2000 Ts of raw material and finished goods of around 300 Ts.

HOT ROLLED PLATE SHEAR LINE

The hot rolled shearing line is designed for production of 16mm thick and 2000mm wide HR plate from coils stock.  The line was manufactured by M/s. Metform, U.K., a leader in the design and supply of shear lines to the world steel industry.  This equipment has an installed capacity to process 90,000 MT per annum HR Coils.

The line can handle the following range of products.

Any combination of thickness, width and length of plate within the above range can be produced from the same coil stock to the tonnage required by suitably programming the line.

• The automated and programmable shear line includes the following equipment
• Floor mounted coil car.

• Coil loader
• Double mandrel uncoiler with tail opener, snubber rolls and tail straightener.
• Nine roll leveler with entry and delivery roll pairs and Backup Rolls to achieve best flatness.
• Pinch roll with measuring head.
• Hydraulically operated shear.
• Bomb door stacker.
• Powered runout roller conveyor.
• Hydraulic power packs.
• Electronics and controls.

The line is operated in the programmed made to ensure diagonal and dimensional accuracy, precision, uniformity and repeatability of the product size and quality.
This HR equipment’s configuration was chosen specially to meet the specific requirement of extra wide width coils. This equipment can process coils upto 2000mm width and of higher thickness upto 18mm. We have processed imported and indigenous HR coils for companies like Ashok Leyland, Wheels India Ltd and others including steel of ST32 Grade. The quality of processing including diagonal accuracy and smooth edge cutting without burr has been well appreciated by these customers.
